The nose is a real “olfactory firework”, the white fruit aromas dominated by red-fleshed peaches, then red berries (redcurrants, raspberries, and others) that dominate the rich complexity before the floral aromas of spring and a hint of brioche are revealed by the bottle fermentation.

The palate is gentle, light, and airy, with just a small amount of added sugar… the hint of acidity from redcurrants and raspberries reinforces the wine’s youthfulness. Some brioche notes, characteristic of ageing on lees in the magnificent tuffeau stone cellars, increase the olfactory taste complexity at the end of the tasting, without being weighty… quite the contrary.

 
Ideal for aperitifs and relaxing with friends, this wine will also pair all fresh red berry desserts (cup of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry tarts and more), mousse or strawberry soup with wine.
